Visa Invitation Letters

We are happy to provide these, however the German Consulates require that they be sent to you directly from Germany. As we are a UK based company we have to use a German agent for this, therefore there is a charge of € 115.00 for an invitation letter sent by courier.

A letter of invitation is no guarantee of a travel Visa being granted. For your Visa application to be granted you will need to attend the German Embassy for an interview and prove that you have a bonafide reason to travel to Germany, knowledge of the industry and either to have booked Hotel and flight or the means to do so and pay for any medical expenses or have medical insurance in place for your trip

Payment is only by Direct Payment. Please send your details by return so that we may invoice you, in order that we can process your payment as swiftly as possible please ensure that your payment is clearly marked with your company name. All costs are payable in advance and no letter will be issued until the correct money is received into our bank account.

Please allow sufficient time for processing by our German office and the Consulate in your own country. Deadline is April 7th, 2012. Other documents that may be required by the German Consulate in your country may include, Travel Itinerary, proof of Hotel Reservations.
