(CWIEME Berlin 2009 - Despite fears of recession non attendance the Berlin exhibition which took place early May was a resounding success. Visitor attendance was only down slightly from the record 2008 numbers yet on par with 2007 attendance - Proof positive that dedicated trade shows marketed with unique, aggressive techniques can make the difference between a waste of time and an outstanding return on investment - We believe that CWIEME Chicago will also enjoy the same success at Berlin?

Fine job to the CWIEME Chicago 2008 organizers. Your efforts in promoting this first annual event were certainly successful based on the high volume of visitors we had at our stand over the three days. We are looking forward to the continuing growth of this event in the years to come.

The show was a verifiable success for Piremag/PPE. We saw a great deal of pertinent international interest, which we had not seen before, as well as faces and individuals that we last saw in attendance at a coil show ten years ago. Clearly the site location was the correct one for this show, and the management of the show was professional and efficient. For us, it was a pleasant success.

I was impressed with the show in Chicago.  I thought it was a very good event and well organized.  The visitors were real stakeholders who wanted to know information about the products for commercial purposes rather than just information seekers.  I thought things went smoothly in terms of logistics and such.

Congrats on a great show! ….. The recent CWIEME Chicago show provided an excellent mix of domestic and foreign based manufacturers and customers. Throughout the show, our booth was very active and provided a great opportunity for our company to showcase new products and services as well as our existing product offering to the show attendees.

I was pleased with the amount of attendees at the show. I had people come to my booth from all four corners of the US, as well as, Canada and Mexico.  The consensus was that they were very happy the show was in Chicago. They like the location because of the proximity to O’Hare.

We were pleased with the turnout this year………I think you did a good job at promoting the show to end users. That was something we were not accustomed to. It was also good to get back to Chicago. That market has many customers that can make day trips.

This is the first show in which we have participated in a number of years where we felt that the number and quality of the inquiries justified the expenses and effort.  Not only did many of our old, established customers attend the exhibition, but we met many new prospects and are at this early date quoting new customers.  We were extremely pleased with the show and will participate next year.
