You can now order staff badges on-line. You can add, change and delete badges until 03 May, 2010.A Customer ID and Password are required to order Staff Badges. This information has been sent to you previously but if you do not have this information or have login problems contact gmcneill@coilwindingexpo.com
Exhibitor staff badges, if ordered prior to 03 May, 2010, are free of charge. Badges ordered after 03 May, 2010 will be charged at EURO 15.00 per badge. Badges requested during the exhibition will also be charged at EURO 15.00 (Cash only) and will only be issued upon receipt of a business card and complete payment. Stand Badge allocation is 1 badge per 3 meters of stand space - Additional badges above allocation can be ordered at EUR 15.00 per badge.
Please keep company names and job titles short, as only a limited amount of information can be printed on the badge. Company names and job titles which are too long to be printed on the badges will be shortened at the managements' discretion.
Collect your staff badges at the Exhibition Reception during build-up on Sunday 20 June 2010 or Monday 21 June 2010. Designate one person from your company to be responsible for the collection and distribution of all of your ordered badges; this also includes any represented companies.
NOTE:
Exhibitor Passes can only be collected if all payments due to Coil Winding International Ltd. have been received into our bank account.
Please ensure that exhibition staff wear their badges at all times. Entry without a badge will not be permitted regardless of reason.
