Free Advertising Opportunities for Exhibitors on a
“first come, first served” basis.
Would you like to put your company in the spotlight at CWIEME Berlin 2009?
We are pleased to be able to offer you the following advertising opportunities, giving you the chance to promote your company throughout the entire exhibition.
ENTRANCE PASSES: Your company logo can be printed on all pre-registered visitor entrance passes. Please note that this offer is limited to one company. The cost for having your logo displayed by all pre-registered visitors is EURO 975.00.
BADGE LANYARDS: We are offering one company the opportunity to supply 6,500 lanyards. Lanyards are distributed to all exhibitors and visitors. The cost for the distribution of these lanyards is EURO 1,800.00
CARRIER BAGS: Carrier bags containing the exhibition catalogue will be issued to all visitors and exhibitors. Exhibitors will be able to supply these bags with their name, logo and/or advertisement displayed free of charge. Printed bags must be supplied by the exhibitor.
ADVERTISING BOARDS: These boards will be displayed in the Conference Area of CWIEME Berlin 2009 free of charge. Boards should be printed on Light Weight Art Board with dimensions no larger than 1m wide x 2m high.
REFRESHMENT AREA: There will be space available for delegates of Inductica Berlin 2009 to partake of refreshments between sessions. We are offering one exhibitor the opportunity to sponsor such an area free of charge. The successful sponsor is to provide the bottled water/juice/glasses etc. In turn the sponsor will be able to place their banners and/or advertising boards in the refreshment area.
NOTEBOOKS AND PENS: Notebooks and Pens will be issued to all visitors and delegates.
Exhibitors will be able to supply these notebooks and pens free of charge.
