Section 4-7   Visa Invitation Letters   Letters of Invitation for applying for a Visa to enter Germany We are happy to provide these, however the German Consulates require that they be sent to you directly from Germany.  As we are a UK based company we have to use a German agent for this, therefore there is a charge of € 115 for an invitation letter sent sent by courier. A letter of invitation is no guarantee of a travel Visa being granted.  For your Visa application to be granted you will need to attend the German Embassy for an interview and prove that you have a bonafide reason to travel to Germany, knowledge of the industry and either to have booked Hotel and flight or the means to do so and pay for any medical expenses or have medical insurance in place for your trip Payment is only by Direct Payment. Please send your details by return so that we may invoice you, in order that we can process your payment as swiftly as possible please ensure that your payment is clearly marked with your company name.  All costs are payable in advance and no letter will be issued until the correct money is received into our bank account. For the invitation letter we require the following information for each visitor: Complete Company Name Address Telephone Fax number e-mail address Visitor's First Name and Middle Initial Visitor's Last Name Job position within the company Date of birth Passport number. German Embassy to be contacted for Visa Application   TO ORDER - e-mail this information for each visitor, to visa@coilwindingexpo.com All costs are payable in advance and no letter will be issued until the correct money is received into our bank account.
