The organizers in cooperation with Messe Berlin
have made arrangements for exhibitors to enter the fairgrounds in
advance of the normal construction period of the exhibition. This
will allow exhibitors to arrange early delivery of machines and also
allow a longer build up period for exhibitors with very large, or
complicated stands. The “Advanced Construction Period” form can be
requested direct from Messe Berlin and can also be used if you wish
to leave equipment at Messe Berlin beyond the dismantling period as
per the Stand Space Contract. By using this option you are entering
into an agreement with Messe Berlin.
The same applies to an extension of the dismantling period should
you require extra days. The form to request from Messe Berlin is
“Prolonged Dismantling Period”, and again you will be entering into
an agreement with Messe Berlin.
