Advanced Stand Construction
Deadline 2nd March 2009
The organizers in cooperation with Messe Berlin have made arrangements for exhibitors to enter the fairgrounds in advance of the normal construction period of the exhibition. This will allow exhibitors to arrange early delivery of machines and also allow a longer build up period for exhibitors with very large, or complicated stands.
The same applies to an extension of the dismantling period should you require extra days.
A charge of EUR 6,95 per sqm/per day + VAT will be made for construction work beginning ahead of the official commencement date of Sunday 3rd May 2009.
A charge of EUR 6,95 per sqm/per day + VAT will be made for prolonged dismantling work ending after the official date of Friday 8th May 2009.

DEADLINE DATE FOR ORDERING IS: 2nd March, 2009
Payment for this service must be made in advance and only approved exhibitors and contractors will be allowed admission to the Messe Berlin Fairgrounds.
