Letters of Invitation for applying for a Visa to enter Germany

We are happy to provide letters of invitation to CWIEME Berlin. However the German Consulates require that they be sent to you directly from Germany.

As we are a UK based company we have to use a German agent for this, therefore there is a charge of € 115 for a invitation letter sent sent by courier.  All fees must be paid in advance.

For the invitation letter we require the following information for each visitor:

Complete Company Name

Address

Telephone

Fax number

e-mail address

Visitor's First Name and Middle Initial

Visitor's Last Name

Job position within the company

Date of birth

Passport number.

Exact dates of travel.

Travel Itinery.

Hotel that you will be staying in Berlin.

Who will be paying for expenses in Berlin.

All costs are payable in advance and no letter will be issued until the correct money is received into our bank account. Payment is only by Direct Payment, in order that we can process your payment as swiftly as possible please ensure that your payment is clearly marked with your company name.

Please allow sufficient time for processing by our German office and the Consulate in your own country. Recommended deadline is April 30th, 2008. Other documents that may be required by the German Consulate in your country may include, Travel Itinerary, proof of Hotel Reservations.
